Sing For Your Heart is an experience for new singers in the Asian community to develop their craft and talent to the next level. The keyword in this event is COMMUNITY. Regardless of whether you're from the Chinese, Japanese, Filipino, or any other Asian community, our talent needs an audience and they need our support.
The purpose of this event is to encourage young Asian Canadians, ages 14 to 30, to be involved with their respective cultural communities and to celebrate their heritage.
The competition is open to all Asian Canadians and finalists will be selected through a chain of qualifying rounds beginning from Auditions that will commence April 17th, 2010.
Members from each Asian community will be selected at the Auditions to enter the Preliminaries, Quarter Finals and Semi-Finals. Only 80 will be selected to enter the preliminary rounds. From each preliminary, about 50 will be selected to enter the Quarter Finals which then only 24 will enter the Semi-Finals. Members from each community will have a chance to compete up to the Semi-Finals. From then on, top 16 will be chosen to compete in the Final round.

Judges will be professionals in the Music Industry and will comment/advise during performances to help contestants grow and develop.
